Ramesh Shah has created a niche for Sumer Group in the real estate market. He’s a visionary, a hard worker and the ultimate guiding star for Sumer Group. He has an extremely vast real estate knowledge, understanding of the global trends, and has an urge to learn about new happenings & events. It was his vision to develop state-of-the-art real estate across the country that spearheaded into a plush, ultra-luxury towers and several commercials, luxury and retail spaces in the country. He continued to chart new paths and in the year 2005, he was awarded for his excellence.
Ramesh Shah keeps contributing to build hospitals, schools etc. He is a recipient of ‘Jain Ratna Award’ which was presented to him by the then Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Mr. Rahuul Shah has grown up following his grandfather’s principles & values and hence understand the importance of nurturing relationships. Along with the stability of traditional thinking, he brings on board a distinctive taste and the delight of new-age ideas . Apart from his real estate knowledge, Mr. Rahuul Shah has a deep consumer behaviour insights that has enabled Sumer Group to manage one of the largest retail portfolios. With dedicated approach to the work, he aims to spearhead Sumer Group into a meticulous & contemporary company.
He leads the finance, legal, strategic procurement & global projects and aim to usher Sumer into the future through new technologies and conquering segments & geographies.
Mr. Rahuul Shah is a keen traveller and his passion for vintage automobile speaks for his refined sense of style that is unencumbered by constraints.
