The project was done in association with the altruistic Nivara Hakk Samiti, led by Smt. Shabana Azmi. The township not only have ventilated houses but also civic amenities like water, electricity & communal spaces. 4 community halls, 4 parks, a Balwadi (playschool), 3 hospitals and 3 schools were built. The school has over 40 classrooms and provide education in three different mediums; English, Hindi & Marathi.
